Message from the Principal
Legal education today is no longer restricted to the four walls of the classroom but has transcended beyond these traditional boundaries. The University Law College (ULC) is a constituent College of Utkal University established in the year 1975.
The endeavor of ULC, Vanivihar, Bhubaneswar, is to provide excellence in legal education without compromising on the overall development of budding and dynamic students. With our extremely accomplished faculty imparting quality teaching, students are provided extensive opportunities to participate in moot court programs, internships, and are exposed regularly to exchange ideas on emerging issues. The institution expects students to maintain discipline and healthy practices both inside and outside the campus.
We are making continuous efforts to transform this institution into a world-class establishment. Therefore, I call upon the members of the faculty, the students, and the public at large to come forward and contribute their best to the overall development of the college.
